Colin O'Brien has been studying music and performing for over 15 years. When not writing songs or mixing films, he is a Recording Engineer at Gary's Electric Studio, in Brooklyn, NY. Colin studied film, music and sound design at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Colin's work is constantly bouncing between genres and styles, blurring the line between music and sound design, helping every individual project find the right sound. Through his career he has been lucky enough to work with numerous award-winning directors, animators, engineers and musicians including Christine Banna, Vashti Anderson, and James Krivchenia.
Colin currently resides in Brooklyn, NY, but his work has taken him to many great cities like Los Angeles, Chicago and Austin.
